This was fixed in 15w38a or b. Behavior in that snapshot looked good. It was replaced in 15w39a, b or c by MC-89907.

Greg Milson please make that video with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3 key). Videos or screenshots with no debug screen are mostly useless for us.
