How is it incomplete?
I see how it relates the that other bug report, but why mark it as resolved if it isn't...
I just tried it and it works fine. Killed a player, checked stat screen showed 1. Killed player again, checked stats, it showed 2. Note that stats sometimes takes a few seconds to update.
