I have had the mini map disappear numerous times while playing in offline mode.. it usually loads for a while, then just stops loading, even had one instance of it showing what looked like a straight line tunnel, when really it wasn't. Screenshots attached
I can vouch for this as this also happened multiple times during game play but mine was all on single player. The map will begin to function as intended after completing a level but can stop randomly while in an area.
Same happened to me when i played. The map would just stop appearing and would make it a bit difficult to explore and find other paths.
had this bug as well in offline mode. went in a dungeon with the map open and it disappeared after leaving it and wouldn't come back.
The issue with the map stretching onwards without end is
MCD-55.Also had something similar happen to me, I was in creepy crypts and went through one of the doors that activates with a lever. Regular map on the 'm' key was still updating. Mini map on 'tab' stopped updating after heading through the door. Nothing major but using tab is a little more efficient. Love the game so far though. Great job. Should probably also mention that this was in an offline game. Haven't tested online much yet, so can't vouch for that just yet.
I believe this issue starts happening during elevation changes on the map, this is a happens pretty often for me.
