Launcher won't open with error message "No applicable app license found"
The Minecraft Launcher can't open and after clicking the icon, the computer system shows the location of the application and add that "Can't find applicable app license". The same happens after redownloading the application. However, after a few times, it fixes itself and I've got non-idea if this is a technical issue or a bug on the new launcher.

We can't open the new Minecraft launcher as says"Can't find applicable app license"

I had the same problem and spamming the launcher icon, after 30000 errors, it said of an update, than it worked
yep, getting this issue on the new launcher yet again even after going into power shell and re registering the re-registering the windows store per https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-apps-no-applicable-app-licence-found/4627a18a-9229-4d7d-a94b-30c4b5eaf15e?auth=1
don't know why this keeps affecting the minecraft launcher from the windows store
It has been fixed for me which is great!
But I still need 30 minutes to wait until it disappears😭
I might have found a fix- no idea if its permanent yet. On the first reply here it gives a small explanation, and it has worked after restarting my computer for me and its the only thing that has worked that isn't out of my way (re-registering the store did not). I hope it is more permanent since the only other thing that worked is a fresh install of Windows which only worked for a few hours.
