In your screenshots, I can see that you are actually using a customized skin from the character creator.
After some testing, I was able to reproduce this issue by using a skin from the character creator. These issues are already being tracked at MCPE-118358 / MCPE-118539, so I will be re-resolving this ticket as a duplicate.
In singleplayer, you should be able to work around the issue by doing one of the following:
- Create a new character profile and do not customize the skin while in a world
- Use an imported skin or a skin from a skin pack

Reopening, this is an issue related to animated clothing items.

Also affects spyglass in the latest beta.
Since version 1.17.30.22 weapons (any of those listed in the report) can fly away as a spyglass in
MCPE-127498Affects 1.17.40.20
It's not just animated clothing, other clothing pieces do this glitch as well, I was testing all the hats I've owned, and found that the following hats caused this glitch.




-Fancy Top Hat
-Royal Crown
-Backwards Cap
-Drivers Cap

Penis Spyglass.mp4
Oddly enough, despite being animated, this glitch did not happen while wearing the Discoball head.
