The pointed dripstone texture does not match the java version
This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

The pointed dripstone texture is different in the bedrock version and the Java version (not in the inventory, but in the placed form).

Observed Results:

When first added, pointed dripstone had an x-shaped rendering how in MCPE-119916, but was then changed to java rendering as it didn't look very good. I think it will be decided as WAI.

MC-206570, but the texture of dripstone is completely different in the bedrock than in Java)
