MCPE-12511Minecart, Minecart with Chest/TNT/Hopper/Command Block have their textures rotated when turning a different direction on a rail/corner rail.
When you have a minecart, minecart with chest, tnt, hopper, and/or command block on rails/corner rails and they go off, the textures on the blocks change/rotate when turning a different direction.
_rplatham edit: There seems to be a more generic case for this, since in MCPE-13167 the chest in the minecart flips the direction the chest is facing when the minecart with chests changes direction on the rails.

This also affects Minecart with Hoppers. I used the festive mash-up pack and it's somewhat noticeable, but you have to look carefully to see it happen.

May we have a reason to why it won't be fixed, just a little explanation please to help clear up confusion.

Added an animated gif showing the minecart chest changing its direction as it moves on rails.
Reopening - not fixed in 1.0.0, the chest 'lock' flips position as it moves around a rail still.
Affects 1.16.100. Appears to be caused by game turning the texture 180 degrees when the minecart is 45 degrees on a curved rail. Its behavior on the NE curved rail (pointing south & west) is particularly jittery, flipping from 1 orientation to the other when entering the corner & flipping back when exiting.
Affects 1.16.210.60
