If a cauldron is filled with at least 1 layer of potion liquid (any type) will get filled with that potion if there is a pointed dripstone dripping water while there is a water source above it
Potion-filled Cauldrons can be filled up with the said potion when there is a pointed dripstone with water on top of it dripping the water directly to the cauldron.
How to reproduce:
1. Place a cauldron
2. Put at least one bottle of a potion (It can be splash, lingering, or bottled) in the cauldron
3. Place a dripstone 2 blocks above it with pointed dripstone pointing to the cauldron
4. Place water above the dripstone
5. Wait
Expected Results
Nothing happens, or the cauldron will play explosion animation and empties the cauldron.
Observed Results
The Cauldron is getting filled up with that potion.
This removes the point of brewing more potions or turning more potions to splash or lingering.

Personally I would like to see this stay in the game. It doesn't make brewing stands obsolete. Once you have enough of the ingredients brewing any potion you want is simple enough anyway. This just makes the process a little easier for those that choose to use it. The fact it isn't instant helps to balance it out in my opinion as well. If any change is to be made, just make it take a little longer to fill the cauldron rather than get rid of this effect to balance it more than it is (which is fine as is in my opinion).

Bruh why would you report this bug?! It actually gave cauldrons and dripstone a use...
I guess we will just have to wait til the next update until they add like 30 more bugs

However, this issue is Working as Intended.
The report you have submitted is working as intended (see MCPE-131180).
Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates.
Things such as graphics, sounds, world creation, biomes, redstone, villagers, and animals may not work the same in current versions.

"Please note, that mechanics of the game may change between updates."
Means that the mechanics of cauldrons and drip stones may change in future updates (or maybe not), but at the moment it is "Working as Intended"!
After closing your report, not a single version, not a single update has been released!
This was a bug that was recently fixed MCPE-131180.
Also Mojang left a comment after fixing this bug: "Sorry, we knew it was fun but too overpowered!"
https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/4409292961677-Minecraft-1-17-30-Bedrock-
The cauldron with a single layer of potion is not supposed to fill up using pointed dripstone. This was a bug (MCPE-131180) in the previous version that has now been fixed.
This was a bug that was fixed, see MCPE-131180.
This exploit was fixed in 1.17.30 version with following note in release notes:
"Water dripping from Pointed Dripstone can no longer fill Cauldrons with Potions. Sorry, we knew it was fun but too overpowered! (MCPE-131180)"

Also affects half filled dyed water cauldrons.
This could be works as intended or just nerfed, as many people will make potion farms and they will be completely destroyed and disfunctional after the fix
