I found the MCPE-155946 which was similar and should have fixed it, but maybe not for dedicated servers?

Are you using any addons or resources in this world (including ones purchased from the Marketplace)? Are you experiencing this while playing multiplayer (such as on servers), or is this present in a solo game as well?

There is an expansion pack from the Minecraft marketplace on the world. It is multiplayer.
Confirmed in the Adventure Time, Toy Story, and Norse Mythology mash-up worlds.
Mine has the animals expansion pack that is all.

I am also having this issue on my server, we do have a few addons but nothing from the marketplace.
I have this problem too. Im in v1.19.10, and it only affects my multiplayer world. Ive had this problem for some updates now, My world was created 6th of Jan. 2022. Also, i have no addons of any kind.
Also having this problem can’t upgrade any diamond gear in marketplace world
Also have a version of this issue.
When making a addon to use a smithing table recipe, the recipe doesn't work.
The same recipe will work when changing the addon to use a crafting table.
Same issue, but with a world created using custom servers. Running bedrock server on Ubuntu with version 1.19.60. World was created in 1.19.51. I am able to craft netherite in singleplayer worlds, though.
Is this still an issue in 1.19.60?

Updated family server today. Had not played in a while... After quite a bit of playing, decided to upgrade some gear before 1.20 comes out. Sadly, the bug regarding the smithing table found its way into our new world... Currently running bedrock server 1.19.72.01
