Dyed shulker boxes in the inventory use the white shulker box texture

What I expected to happen was:
All the different colored shulker boxes to have their appropriate colors (while in the inventory)
What actually happened was:
They all use the white shulker box texture (while in the inventory)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Look at a dyed shulker box in the inventory screen and see that they use white shulker box texture

This is not only in inventory but is also in the creative mode item list. It won't let me upload the screenshot that I have but it is confirmed.
