Texture on Stone Brick Stairs misaligned by half a pixel
A pixel on the stairs block seems to be shifted by a subpixel amount. This previously affected regular brick stairs as MCPE-10202, but has since been fixed for said blocks.

This bug is extremely similar to MCPE-31021.
The texture on top of Iron Bars is offset by an amount of space which is slightly less than a single pixel.
Glass panes do not appear to have this offset, which allows for an easy way to see the difference.
Found while testing MCPE-31021 (which can also be seen here).
The Stone Brick Stairs block changes slightly depending on the direction it is looked at from. When looked at straight on, the pixels are parallel, but looking down slightly causes these lines to suddenly converge.
To reproduce:
- Place two Stone Brick Stairs blocks at eye level
- Stare at them straight on
- Move the camera down slightly
Searched. Bug seems to be extremely similar to MCPE-31021 and MCPE-31024.
The top textures of stained glass pane blocks do not appear to align correctly to the pixel grid, which makes for some ugly texture messes when the panes connect up to others. Regular glass panes are not affected by this, allowing for an easy comparison.

Confirmed; does not affect Windows 10
Affects 1.2.11

MCPE-31752; I have provided more detail there, as this glitch affects more blocks than stone brick stairs.
