Bonemeal no longer works.
Reproduction:
-Get some bonemeal.
-Try to use them on carrots, potatoes, wheat seeds, saplings, etc.
Notice how nothing happens when attempting to bonemeal them.

Isn't the 'super fertilizer' bonemeal itself?
Also, its a copy of MCPE-32765.
Confirmed the issue. Player applied bone meal does not work on grass blocks, saplings or crops. However dispensers seem to work.
Everything was tested in a new world (win 10), and items where acquired from the creative inventory or /give command. There seems to be no difference between survival or creative.
Same with using it on kelp, sea grass or when used underwater on sand. Even on Creative this thing happen.
Also affects Android version.
I can't reproduce this in the latest beta.
