MCPE-47309Grass under water only decays during day time
Steps to reproduce:
- Place water on the ground;
- Set RandomTickSpeed to 4096 to make it easier to notice;
- The grass will decay;
- Set time to midnight.
Expected results:
The grass stays dead, and other water blocks placed above grass during night time should also decay the grass underneath.
Observed results:
The grass grows again during night time.

Fixed in 1.12.0.11 beta. However, another one got introduced and I think it's related, but thankfully it's nowhere as bad as this one -> MCPE-47309.

Though judging by the fact that you have night vision in what appears to be a river (which wouldn't be necessary during daytime), it's probably another occurrence of MCPE-47309, is that correct?

In the world, the grass grows only at night and disappears during the day. So duplicate MCPE-47309.
And not only in the rain)
And it works in any world.

Does this only happen at night or during the day? There is already a report related to that: MCPE-47309.
Relates to
MCPE-46035and those other reports relating to grass turning into dirt when there is a block above them.I can see that the grass starts to grow back around time 14000.
