it is the bug that is command. when I run these command "summon zombie ~ ~ ~ minecraft:attack" and "summon zombie~ ~ ~ minecraft:rideable, the zombie that I summoned can run very fast speed.
it doesn't really matter,I want to add new component like can_destroy and can_place_on.

Confirmed in 1.16.20. When you attempt to summon a zombie or husk with any spawn event and give it a name, the zombie/husk will be super speedy.
This works with nonsense spawn events as well. Any command with these forms gives you a speedy monster:
/summon zombie ~~~ <string> <string>
/summon husk ~~~ <string> <string>
This does not occur with other monsters or illagers.
Has their been a bug reported for when using the incorrect tags on pillagers, they become passive?
Super fast zombies has been a glitch for ages and occurs when you have not put in a valid spawn event.
The zombies summoned this way also do not drop xp.
