MCPE-76004Dispenser unable to place Shulker Box under water
Dispensers can't place Shulker Boxes under water in MC-bedrock.
Not in water sources nor in running water.
Steps to reproduce:
- Place a dispenser underwater
- Put a shulker box in it
- Power it
Observed Result: The dispenser didn’t place the shulker box.
Expected result: The shulker box gets placed.

Steps to reproduce:
Observed Result: The dispenser didn’t place the shulker box.

Affects 1.19. Trying to do a shulker unloader that breaks the shulkers in a water stream but the dispenser won’t dispense the shulkers into the water stream, neither source nor flowing
