Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets, and it is easier for you to make multiple tickets than for the mods to separate them.

This seems to be similar to or the same as MCPE-76168, but that issue is marked as resolved, while the issue clearly still persists.
Idk whether it would be most appropriate to re-open the other issue or track it in this new issue. Y’all can decide how to proceed.
Did you change your settings?
Turning ‘hide controller cursor’ on or off has no effect on the UI. Also my text box is not visible, although the text is seen floating.
I'm experiencing this issue on Windows 10.
I confirm, the UI works only very badly in this update, and it is one of the very many bugs of this update.
I have the same issue.
Having the same issue with xbox as well i have tried to change settings and no effect is this fixed in 1.16.0.61
