Also, vibrate not working is a known issue with iOS devices.
Thanks PHO, I can confirm your structure creates the bug on Android and Win10 (trying both touch and mouse & keyboard on Win10). When mouse & keyboard are used on Win10, the autojump button can be disabled and when it is disabled, none of the above structures can be jumped over (as expected). Being unable to turn off autojump is another ticket: MCPE-9378.
Please make sure to search for issues your issue before creating a new report. Duplicates only slow us down and make bugs much more difficult to track.

- In the general case, if you remove the pressure plate and open the trapdoor upward, you can auto-jump onto the edge of it without falling into the hole. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not.
- Trapdoors respond to redstone signals with no delay (as expected), so if you place a pressure plate in front of a trapdoor and then run towards them, the trapdoor opens before you reach it, resulting in the same situation as above.
- It's a known bug that you can't disable auto-jump:
