Realm Reset Itself and We Lost an Hour
We are primarily Xbox One players. The Realm is hosted on a PC. We are using the latest Chroma Hills texture pack and our Realm file size is approaching 1G.
We have several mob farms spread across the Realm which are not active at the same time. We are not experiencing any significant lag until this issue occurs and then it's a sudden onset of lag which has concluded with a game crash.
On July 16th, several players were on our Realm when we were all suddenly disconnected from the server. We repeatedly attempted to rejoin and received error messages that either said "unable to connect" or "failed attempting to join".
All players quit MC and relaunched however we were still unable to join the Realm.
Approximately 5 minutes later we were able to rejoin the Realm, however we lost an hour of time.
This has occurred several times since this ticket was reported. It happened twice in one day and we lost an hour of time the first time. The second time we lost an hour of time and it reset us to where we should have been after the first time we were kicked.

All players quit MC and relaunched however we were still unable to join the Realm.
I then went to my Realm to see if it was affecting all Realms or just ours and I was able to join my Realm easily.Approximately 5 minutes later we were able to rejoin the Realm, however we lost an hour of time. The owner of the Realm did not reset the Realm or do anything therefore we're assuming this occurred from the client side? Is this a bug or was there a Realm update which caused the reset?
If it's a bug it needs fixed ASAP as it is game breaking.

It got fixed in 1.16.200, now in 1.17 the issue happens. We literally can't make any progress now. I'm starting to consider cancelling the subscription on my realm if this will be persistent.

Update: This occurred two times yesterday. In the first instance, the Realm became unplayable: players could not interact with objects, break blocks, etc. At this point, all players logged out. We were unable to log back in for approximately 5 minutes. When we were able to log back in, the Realm had reset and we'd lost approximately 30 minutes of play time.
In the second instance we experienced a lag spike after a player temporarily loaded a large villager enclosure. A few moments after the lag spike the same situation above occurred: players unable to interact with blocks, break blocks, open chests, etc. We all logged out again. After approximately 5 minutes we were able to log back into the Realm. The Realm again, had reset itself, however we had lost a significantly larger amount of time, approximately 1 hour but probably more.
This is the 4th time since the 1.12.0 update in which we have had our Realm roll back time after it crashes.
I have searched here and in other places and I have not found this bug reported elsewhere.
This is happening in our Realm too. In the last two or three days, every time anyone saves and quits, when they sign back in, they’ve lost anywhere from 10-60 minutes worth of progress.
