Not getting emails from Feedback.Minecraft.net
I post lots of ideas on the site, and most of the ideas will not come through as an official idea. No emails were sent to me about my project being blocked, unaccepted, or officialy posted. Though on the website it specifically says "
DON’T SEE YOUR IDEA?
As people are automatically subscribed to threads they post, you should check your email for notifications to see if any of your posts have been removed before reposting. Also check the junk filter, especially if you are posting a lot of messages. Typically, if a message is removed from view, a note is made by an admin, which triggers a message to the original poster, then we close the thread and remove it from view. Repeated reposts are considered spam, so please make sure your email account is connected to something you check often." Please fix the issue.

When your suggestion is rejected you should get an email, however due to a bug (WEB-1794) this is no longer the case.
As you should receive an email when feedback or a comment is rejected, I'm going to resolve this as a dupe of WEB-1794

The feedback site doesn't seem to be able to send emails at all. I've heard multiple reports about this on Discord, and I myself have never received any emails from that site either.

This happens to me on requests I follow as well.
I can confirm this is happening (and am responsible for one of the dupes of this issue). I've tried posting a comment multiple times and, while I have my suspicions on why it was rejected the first two times, I am nonetheless hesitant to post it a third time without knowing for certain. Checked my inbox and spam folder; zilch!
I am using either my Outlook or Gmail, if that helps. Not positive which but I think the former.
is there any workaround for this at least, such as an activity feed somewhere on the site? do the mods get mad if I just go to trial and error on it until I get approved?
The fact this has been open since at least March of last year is kind of disappointing, since it's probably not doing anything to help the efficiency of the moderation team if their rejection reason isn't being reliably communicated.
This is because of

Are you meant to get an email saying it is submitted? I would assume so but no dice, at least in my experience.

Rebelstrike2721, this is still an issue as of 22 December 2024. I created a feedback post and did not get an email about the post being gone. That post was well detailed though.
