Mojang have informed me that the new Beta version was published as of a few hours ago. I'll now be making a final update to the pinned alerts and resolving this bug report as Fixed.

JYN2018X: You added 1.21.60.24 and 1.21.60.25 to the affected versions list, but I could not reproduce this in those versions. Did you actually test this in those versions? If so, please attach a video or screenshot.
