Description:
The player has the option to switch between different perspectives via the default hotkey "F5".
However it was noticed, if the player is holding down the "F5" button, the game will continuously switch between all perspectives modes causing flickering which can hurt the eyes of the players or cause other health issues if player suffer for example from epilepsy.Reproduction Steps:
1. Start Minecraft in version 1.20.1
2. Load a singleplayer world

Not a bug.
Raw Input:
Takes the mouse input directly, instead of from the mouse cursor. This means that mouse movement is not affected by cursor acceleration or scaling, such as Windows' built in "Enhance pointer precision" and "Pointer speed".
It would be still good to have a video attached.
So please try to reproduce this issue while recording it and make sure that the video displays the F3 Debug Screen.

The fire would disappear after waiting 15 seconds. But right clicking after waiting 5-10 seconds increased the "age" from 0 to 1 or higher.

2. Pause the game and press on "Open To LAN"
3. Press on "Start LAN World"
4. Set a repeating command block with the command:
