How to reproduce
- Run
/execute at @p[scores={test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1}] run say hii - Open chat
- Hit the up arrow
- Hit backspace until all the arguments and the last letter of "execute" are deleted
- Observe the position of the suggestions

I can't reproduce in 20w15a
Can confirm that this is still an issue in 20w49a. I've attached a screenshot. Just to add on, I had to use a longer command to reproduce this. When testing this I used the following:
/execute at @p[scores={test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1,test=1}] run say hiiUpdated
