@[Mod] Micheal Wobst well yes but actually that doesn't matter..as a metter of fact bubble columns are able to push or pull entities. The falling blocks are cosidered as entities. So i wouldn't see this as a bug and i'm not the only one who is saying that.

Works as intended. Also, make a more descriptive report.
There's a video. How can it work like intended? You better explain yourself.
Explanation:
When you place soul sand underwater, it will produce a lift bubble column column. A lift draws entities upwards. The longer an object is rising through the bubble column the faster they will go. When the force is high enough, the object will shoot out of the water.
A falling sand is an entity, it is produced if sand (block) does not have a supporting block below.
So, it work as intended.

Thanks for your report, please check the wiki to ensure that its a bug. Also search the bug tracker to prevent duplicates. When creating a report , make a more descriptive report like this one.
skylord_wars, you're not a mod. This report is perfectly fine. And if the wiki mentions something (in fact, it doesn't even mention this behaviour), doesn't mean that it's intended.
The wiki do mention its behaviour. See here: A falling sand is an entity. And if you place magma blocks underwater, it will float. Falling sand falls, and when it falls to the water, the lift pushes it back. The same will go for other entities that falls, such as zombies and the player. Zurishadai Beneberak, can you reply on this?

Magma blocks don't push up.
In my opinion this also works as intended, bubble columns push up or pull down all entities and falling sand is also an entity so why woud it be unintended?
This one is totally intended. It's been like that from the very first snapshot and from what I understand it was a feature that has been exploited by several Youtubers from a long time ago.
Sand entity floating in bubble columns works as intended IMO.
Working as intended. Wiki says " Bubble columns push or pull entities" and the falling sand is an entity.
The Wiki is not an official source, it is run by volunteers who are describing the current state only.

Although I do agree with you, Mojang has to decide whether it's a bug or not, which they haven't yet.
The resolution of
MC-206604supports this issue being Working as Intended. All entities should float to the top of bubble columns, including falling block entities.
