When I riding horse and throw the potion, Then potion effects nothing to the horse 
(Damage Potion)
But the others is okay

Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
Confirmed.
This is related to the game mechanic of not being able to destroy minecarts while riding them due to them being classified as a "vehilce" (don't know the coded term they used). They don't want you to accidently hurt your horse when using a sword so the horse is changed to a "vehicle" when mounted and is no longer a mob until dismounted. "Vehicles" are unaffected by potions or swords now.
Is this still a concern in the latest Minecraft version 14w30c? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
Cannot Reproduce in 1.8.1 Pre3, assuming it's Fixed
Confirmed for 1.13.1, issue seems to be back. (according to Galaxy_2Alex it was fixed in 1.8.1 Pre3)
