Can you include reproduction steps? From what I see in the screenshot it looks like the villager was first taken out of bed with a fishing rod
Shove the villager out of the bed a bit (thats another bug) then you are able to sleep in it. Attached image.
Can confirmed after pushed the villager you can sleep with he.
