The new achievement, Bullseye, has the description "Hit the bullseye of a Target block with an arrow", however it can be triggered using snowballs.

I feel they should just change the advancement text instead of disallowing other projectiles
Should just change from "an arrow" to "a projectile"
Worth noting this was "fixed" by changing the description; other projectiles still work.
