Beacon and conduit are in the "miscellaneous" tab despite similar utility blocks are in the "decoration blocks" tab.
Similar recently-fixed issue: MC-174434
Cannot confirm, redstone dust and dried kelp block are at the same position they were in 1.15.2. The only change I noticed is that sugar cane and kelp moved, but that is likely intended because they moved from "Miscellanious" to "Decoration", see MC-174434.
Also this is pretty similar to MC-1797. And please turn off the texture pack (there are no mangos in vanilla).
Do you think there are still differences other than the ones mentioned in this comment?
