Eating cake does not either, but this is very likely expected
MC-93281While milk and potions don't cause vibrations at all, honey will cause vibrations when players or foxes consume them, but only when they finish eating. Also note that wandering traders don't emit vibrations when drinking milk or potions.
Fixed for honey bottles in 20w51a.
Can confirm in 21w03a.
This still appears to be an issue for wandering traders when they drink milk buckets and witches when the drink healing potions (but might need to be made into a separate ticket.)
