@[Mod] Avoma, since mud does not currently have #sculk_replaceable tag, it should actually be classified as MC-249188 at the moment.

Observed results:
Sculk cannot replace Mud and Muddy mangrove roots.
Expected results:
Sculk blocks should replace Mud and Muddy mangrove roots.

Cobblestone is WAI, I've edited the description.
I've added Magma, Snow & Powder Snow to this report since it appears that Sculk can replace any ground in any dimension which Magma is apart of the grounds blocks in the Nether and Snow and Powder Snow are apart of the overworld
Fixed for mud and muddy mangrove roots in 22w15a.
Can also confirm this issue in 1.19 Pre-release 3.
Potential Fix:
The following is based on a decompiled version of Minecraft 1.19 Pre-release 3 using Mojang mappings.
Within the BlockTagsProvider.java class simply adding these blocks to the SCULK_REPLACEABLE block tag would resolve this issue.
Sculk could be infested by silverfish if infested stone or infested Deepslate could turn to Sculk.
