MC-271199Advancement 'Local Brewery' not granted on shift-clicking
The advancement 'Local Brewery' is not granted on shift-clicking a potion out of a brewing stand. Taking a potion out of the stand by clicking it with an empty hand (emptiness requirement because of MC-6637) or hotkeying grants the advancement, only shift-clicking does not work.
This bug might have been introduced while fixing MC-116875 in 1.20.5, but I could not find any related changes in the patch notes.

Does MC-271199 describe your issue?
MC-271199, which was resolved in the latest snapshot (1.21 Pre-release 2), seems to have been related to this issue.
Can confirm in 1.20.5.

By the way, similar bug was detected in the potato quest of the April Fools snapshot 24w14potato, which is a branch of 24w12a.
