MC-276843Touching an end portal while in spectator mode teleports the player when they exit spectator mode
How to replicate:
- Open a creative world and build an end portal
- Enter spectator mode
- Touch the end portal
- Move away from the end portal
- Leave spectator mode
You will be teleported to the end anyway
Expected behavior:
You wouldn't teleport to the end since you aren't inside an end portal

Steps to reproduce:
- Enter spectator mode
- Touch an end or nether portal block
- Move away from the portal block
- Leave spectator mode
- You will be teleported another dimension anyway
Expected behavior:
You wouldn't be teleported as you're not touching a portal block

When the player touches a portal (nether or end) while in spectator mode, they (usually) teleport upon leaving spectator mode. This is a regression of MC-276843 and first appeared in 24w45a.

Can confirm. Also applies to nether portals and end gateways (in my case).
