Created Issue:
Serveral hand model bugs
I don't know if it is worthwhile to create for each of these bugs a report (and probably some of them were already reported) because these are all aesthetic bugs.
1. Portal hand model bug / World loading:
When you go through a portal for less than one second your hand is at the middle of the screen and has no item (after this amount of time your see the item in your hand and your hand has the correct position)2. Tool with no hand:
When you block for example with your sword or just move your mouse very quick form the top to the down, you will see that your tool floats (there is basically no hand model at all)3. Item throw two items:
When you throw an item, you will see that hold the item and the item is already thrown for less than one second (see screenshot)

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (i.e. 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft?

you should create diffrent tickets for each of them, and number 2 sounds intended
Well as they are all aesthetic (also the second) it is probably not worth to create for every of these small reports one report I guess
even then, they are multiple issues, they may not have the same cause, so they need diffrent tickets each
