black screen instead of credits [MP only]
After defeating the ender dragon my friends and i when't to the portal and jumped in to find.... no credit and just a black screen. all of us had this. we thought it was a one off nothing to be thought about but then it happened again and again.
steps to reproduce
1. goto end
2.kill enderdragon
3.jump in portal

Oh and step 2 (kill Ender dragon) is not actually required to reproduce this, as long as you already have an active exit portal.

Affects 16w03a. Curiously, after stepping into the portal the game started playing the credits music on the black screen, overlayed over itself at least 3 times. The music continues after pressing escape respawns me in the Overworld, and even after I leave the server and open a singleplayer world. It even survives a gamemode change from Creative to Survival and back.

Easy to just do /setblock ~ ~ ~2 end_portal in the end to test it.
