Players sometimes die immediately after a level is completed
Sometimes when a level is completed, players will die instead of getting to the "Level completed" screen.
This never seems to happen to the host. In all cases when this happened, the host entered the level finish area last.

Players in an online game sometimes die immediately after a level is completed
Sometimes when a level is completed, players will die instead of getting to the "Level completed" screen. When this happens, everything will seem normal at first, but as soon as the party chooses to play the next level, the affected player will be dead and needs to be revived by the other players first.
This never seems to happen to the host. In all cases when this happened, the host entered the level finish area last.
