can confirm, Installations tab doesn't work with the latest beta
error seems to be that

I'm using a stable version from Minecraft's website and still get the same message
Found temporary fix. Go to settings in your Minecraft Launcher and under the General tab, check the box that says Show historical versions of Minecraft: Java Edition in the launcher.
@ShiroiOkami777 The transition from beta to main also works, your comment is helpful.
It appears to be working for me again on latest update on Mac! Is it for everyone?
