How to reproduce:
- Load into a world with mobile controls
- Observe the Pause, Chat, and Emote buttons not transparent.
Observed Results: They are not transparent.
Expected Results: They are supposed to be transparent.
Extra Info: When riding in a boat or Minecart, the Pause and Chat buttons become transparent again. It seems like this bug has something to do with the Emote button.

Possibly the same issue as MCPE-105801. The buttons are either opaque, or they match the boat controls. Either way, their opacity is not affected by the HUD opacity setting.
@[Helper] EVGENSYPERPRO: I think the buttons when not riding a boat should be transparent too once again, according to MCPE-105801.

In previous versions it was transparent?
It was transparent in previous versions.
I would say this should be fixed as it disrupts a decent portion of the screen for some people, and can (like it has on my phone) cause screen burn-in
