Some blocks should not be able to be placed on powder snow
This bug report is a parity issue with Java.
Summary:
In the Java version, the following blocks cannot be installed on the powder snow, but in the bedrock you can.
Affected blocks: (I seem to have added everything, but if I missed something - write in the comments)
- Ladder
- Vine
Scaffolding[fixed in 1.17.0.54]- Fire
- Twisting vines
Steps to Reproduce:
- Put the powder snow.
- Take the above blocks.
- Install the above units on the powder snow.
Observed Results:
The blocks will be installed.
Expected Results:
Blocks will not be installed on the powder snow.

I disagree with you. Check out my report MCPE-116205. Fire definitely needs support, so it seems to me that this can be implemented)
In fact, they should not be put at all, since this would contradict the Java version! MCPE-116205
yea this should be fixed once MCPE-116205 is resolved.
If the scaffolding above the powder snow is connecting to other scaffolding, which is supported properly, then you can stand on the scaffold above the snow![]()
