MCPE-128601Targeted structure voids are not visibly highlighted when Outline Selection is on
When outline selection is inactive, structure voids will be highlighted via brightening as with all blocks. However, with it on, it does not produce the expected gray "wireframe cube" you should end up getting from this block.
Expected behaviour would be for it to be highlighted respectively regardless of the setting.
Even better would be for it to only be targetable if the structure void itself is held.

The barrier is still definitely functionally targeted with it off, but there is no visual indication of it. It would be expected that the barrier block would light up in this case like any other solid block (this is what structure voids do - see the image examples in MCPE-128601 for a showcase of how it would look).
A perhaps better course of action would be to additionally make it only be targetable if the barrier item is held.
