Seed: Coastal Village (-1813740965); Survival Mode; Normal Difficulty; Infinite Size; world created after Beta v 1.11.0.3.
Blacksmith chest is empty as are the other chests in the village.

We're actually already tracking this issue at MCPE-41235, so we will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.

Cartographer chest is only chest which can generate loot in any village type.
In the current 1.11.0.3 Beta, I can confirm that almost no chest in the plains village type will have loot in them
Most of the village chests are still empty, even though the changelog said this got fixed.
New village chests empty in 1.10.1 with Experimental Gameplay toggled on.
I tested this back in 1.11.0.4.
Coastal Village seed from Seed Picker
Position : 1080, (y?), 120
No chests were found.
This bug is fixed in the latest beta version, and the fix will be included in a future update when that is ready for full release (no specific date can be given). We will leave this ticket open as a point of reference until the fix has been fully released.
