Players with Visitor permissions do not drop items when killed
Whenever there is a player in Visitor mode and they are killed or die all of their items will not drop like intended this has happened multiple times and has led my friends to lose all of their items.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a world and collect items
- Have another player join the world with visitor permissions
- Give that player some items
- Kill the player
- They won’t drop any items

They are supposed to despawn after 5 minutes of the chunks being loaded.
Was your friend in Visitor mode when you killed him? This particular bug is being tracked at MCPE-47563.
Were your permissions set to "visitor"? Then MCPE-47563 describes your issue.

Is keep inventory on? I don't believe visitor mode stops you from losing your items.
This has happened to me too on my no cheats survival in 12 and 13 and it doesn't seem to be just visitor mode some custom player settings like just recently my friend was killed while he was in Can't build Can't mine Can't use containers and Can't use doors and switches and he didn't drop his inventory and he only dropped what he was wearing. I hope this is fixed.
