Cape appears on the front of the player instead of the back
I am experiencing a bug in which the head of my player is forwards but the cape is backward I have provided a picture as proof.

It'll only affect players who have broken resource packs applied, which means they'll only be affected if they download your resource pack upon joining the world or if they use one of theirs.

However, this issue is Invalid.
Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets, and it is easier for you to make multiple tickets than for the mods to separate them.

[Mojang] Mega_Spud (Jay Wells) Haven't found any repo steps yet, however found that it affects all skins (imported, marketplace, and character created skins)
Same problem happened today on xbox one. Today's update downloaded 1.15
I loved the new Apron poncho cape. Great work mojang. LOL
Next you know it becomes a feature: "Apron" & "Poncho".
This appears to be an issue that occurs when certain resource packs are applied - as an example, it was noticed that by applying the Alien Worlds texture pack, the Founder's Cape appears on the front of the player.
This may be resource pack based, after I applied PureBDCraft my Founder's cape appeared in front rather then behind. However the Natural texture pack does not cause the issue
It is resource pack based, the bug occurs when you apply any old out-of-date resource pack. I know this because I tested old and new resource packs, and only the new resource packs make the capes appear as normal.
I'm having this problem too. All skins
