Can confirmed for 1.16 bedrock versions, looks like that redstone build went out the window i was going to make.
The easiest way to reproduce is to connect a lecturn to a redstone line running 15 blocks then place repeaters opposite of the line (i think), the some redstone torches at the end, then put a book inside and write numbers from 1-15.
Can i have ownership? This ticket has not been updated since 1.14.30 and i would update it every time an update releases.

Hi Nicholas,
Thanks for the report.
I've just reproduced this myself however I noted that page 7 increased the power level by 2 rather than 1 and page 13 did the same (leading to power output 15 by page 13). Is this the same for you or was it only the last page?
Ionic
I've tested in all directions and with a different set-up similar to yours but have consistently only skipped 14. I've added another attachment that shows all torches instead of just the ones at the end.
Thank you for your report!
