Some loot chests have different loot in the same seed
The bug
Some, but not all, chests in structures have different loot even when using the same world seed. The following is a complete description of which structures are affected.
About half of the chests give the same loot, but in a random order. This is indicated with a

Summary
Soul speed enchanted books can be found in stronghold library room chests.
Steps to reproduce
- Use the /locate command to find a stronghold
- Find a library inside the stronghold
- Open the chests.
- Repeat steps 1-3 in another world for several more times if you can't find a soul speed book (can't provide a consistent seed due to
MCPE-72432) - The enchanted book will contain the soul speed enchantment.
Expected Results
Soul speed should not be obtainable through stronghold library chests
Observed Results
Soul speed can obtained through stronghold chests.

Preliminary note: I have searched for this problem, and found very numerous tickets on the subject.... however, I have found none of them OPEN for JAVA edition... all of them are "resolved" which means this is still a bug and not resolved (maybe even resurfaced?).
Since I can't reopen existing tickets, I am forced to open a new one.
I apologise if I should not have created a new ticked... but... I tried this...
Search terms "ruined portal loot"... all status except for "resolved" ... nothing came up except for MCPE-69003 and MCPE-72432 which is not java of course
The problem - NEW Map using seed: 414284818784059697
Picture attached.... ruined portal @ 80 ~ 48 – No loot
I tried searching for other portals... even some 15000 blocks away - both positive and negative X and Z coords, just for kicks... and none of them had loot ? This is also a first, as I distinctly recall other 20w... snapshots that did have loot (to my knowledge, I didn't test all ruined portals, just occasionally with no missing loot issues).
Again, I apologise if I wasn't supposed to create this, but I could not find an open ticket for this problem on Java Edition.
Thank you for your report!

The bug
MCPE-72432 was fixed except for this. The enchantments applied to items ignore the seed, resulting in different enchantments every time.
How to reproduce
1. Create a world with seed -626760004
2. Go to the end
3. /tp -648 120 977
4. Look in the right chest and take note of the enchantments on the helmet
5. Repeat steps 1-4 again

The enchantments were different

The behavior described here may be intended as a direct consequence of fixing MCPE-72432 in 1.16.210.
That said, could you please clarify the report with succinct statements of Expected Behavior and Observed Behavior?
Finally, the attached .zip file has an incorrect manifest and many pointless duplicates of vanilla files. Here is a clean, working pack with your custom bonus chest loot table: Loot copy.mcpack
I think the wiki is outdated based on MCPE-72432. The wiki is not an official source for intended game mechanics.
This may relates to MCPE-72432.

Relates to
MC-156161This could potentially be exploited. On a given seed, you can copy the world several times, go to the same structure, and use the one with the best loot.
I have encountered the more severe version of this bug for Woodland Mansions when playing on BDS. World seed is 853837038, and chest coordinates are 433 79 -11176. The chest contained an enchanted apple when generated in a local world, but did not contain one when generated on the server. Screenshots attached.
Tested some bastion chests in 1.20.32 and it's still random in the same seed/same chest
