Unable to pick up bucket of water/lava/powder snow with empty bucket in Creative
In creative mode, you cannot pick up (obtain) water/lava/powder snow bucket using an empty bucket. This is fixed in the pre-releases of Java 1.16.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a creative world
2. Find a lava/water pool
3. Use the empty bucket to get the bucket of water/lava
Observed Results:
It doesn't give you a bucket of water/lava/powder snow, but you can still interact with the pool with an empty bucket.
Expected Results:
Bucket of water/lava/powder snow is in the inventory.

On java this change now also was made to milking cows and mooshroom. So you now only get the milk, mooshroom soup or suspicious stew if you don't have one in your inventory.
