My friends and I created a MCPE realms 5 days ago and now none of us can get on. We get stuck on the loading screen with Building Terrain then it gets "Disconnected from Server." Sometimes the same one person can get on but she is soon crashed like the rest of us. it was fun while it lasted but its been 2 days now and its not working

David Marbychristopher cravens, we know the problem is not solved. The reason why this ticket is closed is that there is already a ticket for this very bug REALMS-79. This is what "Duplicate" means.

Users have reported a new GamerTag will resolve the issue (at least for a while). So, it screams of xbox / mojang integration issues which may be why it's taking a while to sort out. I've noticed that when this occurs, LAN games no longer work for that user either. I'm pretty confident MCPE-10552 resurgence is a result of REALMS-79 / xbox mojang account integration and corruption issues. Only Mojang/Microsoft know what the cause is, or maybe they don't yet? In any case, I will resound what others have said: Some communication would be nice. Acknowledge and educate your support team as well, otherwise people are just going to keep opening tickets at best, at worst you will lose your trust relationship (that we can spend thousands of hours on a realm and not have it suddenly lost forever). Downtime is forgivable, the latter is not and will result continued use of 3rd party, hacked server/realm versions of MCPE instead.
Everything Worked itself out after we reset the world
Okay I thought everything was fine but now a select number of players can get on and others can't. We need help!!
I set a world up and had my daughter's friends join. At first everything works. Then inevitably a user profile gets corrupted. The corrupted profile cannot access the world; if it does, everybody gets booted from realm and realm won't let anybody on for several minutes. Corrupted profile also cannot join other worlds that aren't realm worlds but are broadcasted to xbox live. Issue is not related to device as changing profiles resolves issue for that device.
I am having the same issue as Elliot Flanden above. One user is corrupted and kicks everyone off the realm. The user that's corrupted is the one that purchased the Realm. It happens on both iOS and Windows 10 Beta, and only with that account. If I sign in on my wife's account--no problem on either device.
Exact same thing... both android devices. Others can connect, owner tries and it boots everyone else. If anyone finds a workmaround (othernthan a reset) please comment/update issue.
I am having the same issue on minecraft PE. I am the Realm creator and I can't connect to realm. When i try to connect it says disconnected to server. The other 2 accounts can connect to realmy but if I try to connect they get disconnected too. I have been charged money for creating a realm and I can't even use it. Please help!
Update. Now 2 out of 3 of us can not connect. We get an error when trying to connect to the realm that's says "disconnected from server." I am not sure if this helps but both user that can't connect were battling a witch and got disconnected during the battle. We both may have accidentally minimized the game during the battle by bumping the buttons on the bottom of the phone which causes us to leave the game. Neither of us have been able to connect since.
Another update: I have added the Win10 version to a PC (same account) and tried to connect. That machine cannot connect to the realm either (same messages, either "Cannot connect to world" or "disconnected from server"). Though, others are able to connect to that realm but some cannot - appears to be random, and account owner can't seem to connect from any mobile device or PC.
Another update 2: Now it would seem that any accounts who experienced this bug, can no longer host LAN games either, but can connect to other's LAN games who are not experiencing the bug. This seems very x-box live integration-centric.
I was afraid somthing like this would occur with realms. With the Xbox live integration, Im pretty sure this bug will be here for quite a while
Why do you think it will be a while M$ usally are quite good
My realm has same issue, I can log in just fine, but my wife logs is and its a instant disconnected. She was fighting a witch when she got disconnected the first time. Now she cannot connect. =(
It seems a lot of problems are happening with realms which is a shame. I have been told there will be a fix when the next updates comes. Now has said when that will be though.

It’s a bummer. But, appears to be something that's getting attention / getting worked on. Technically you're still paying for "beta" software and we're all in a trial period anyway. Looking forward to having realms be more stable. It will get there!
If you aren't ok with paying for something that might break (beta-ware), cancel your subscription. I'll keep mine open as long as this issue gets fixed in the next release.
One of my invited players still cannot connect to the realm at all. When they attempt to join it will fail, but It will also crash the realm, kicking any other connected players, and no one at all can rejoin for a few minutes (presumably the server is restarting?).
Still happening in 0.15.2.
So what's the word [Mojang] David Marby? Any coming fix for this issue?
We have had two more corrupted profiles with users of my realm. Same solution as before seems to be only option: build a new profile from scratch with a different email.
I believe the only solution is to look at the host's NAT type. See
MCPE-10552The host is Microsoft/Mojang. And the issue you linked should be closed as all lan games now go thru your xbox account. The issue on https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCPE-10552 is that xbox account has been corrupted due to this issue. It has nothing to do with the local user's router settings at all.
Yes the primary host is Mojang. And yeah now that I think about it that would make a lot more sense, but how could the Xbox account be corrupt?
More recently, I've been in the middle of play get disconnected, then reconnect for a few minutes, and then continue this cycle an indefinite amount of times. I imagine that this will continue once I resume. My initial issue was the original thread, but once the realm crashed, they reopened a new world and I was able to resume with my current perpetual issue.

No, I mean literally, it seems to be resolved for me at least for now. I can get into the realm again. I have been playing it since last night with no issues. I did nothing to get this working.

I did nothing. Figured they had just fixed it? If it's still broken for others, this is odd.
I did notice when I got in, I had the last few seconds of a weakness effect from fighting a witch. Maybe the glitch is related to that? I don't remember actually fighting a witch right before logging out. But, maybe I did. It was a couple of weeks ago.

After the getting the 0.16.0 update, I have just became a victim of this particular bug. My account (owner) has been disconnecting from server after seeing the 'building terrain' message. I too have another Xbox account that can connect and play the server. but the server crashes if my 2nd accounts player enters a specific area. Luckily, the 2nd accounts player get pushed back out of the area when the crash happens and I'm still able to log back in after.
In this area there is a zombie spawner where we (friends and family) created a exp. farm. The farm is nothing special or elaborate as is contains a redstone delay circuit, a piston, one hopper, and 3 chests. My 1st accounts player was in this area when the server crashed while it was 'farming' exp. there. I believe this initial crash corrupted that particular chunk and now anyone that has to load it crashes the server.
I also cannot download the world as I think this corrupted chunk is crashing the attempt.
We are having a similar problem to Dan Miller. First one player (not owner) could not log in without crashing the entire realm. I attempted to investigate the problem, and started getting disconnected and pushed out of a specific (corrupted) area. I approached it from multiple sides. Finally, I got too far in (via a boat), and now I cannot log in at all. I'm not sure what is in the area to cause the corruption. Are there block-editing tools that can replace/resolve this? Or reopen this bug? The owner cannot download/save the Realm either. This is a paid service and several people have put in months of work on this realm. A workaround would be nice.
This is not resolved on xbox I cant get into the realm no matter what I do
