There appears to be an issue with the Elytra sounds on Windows 10 Bedrock. Since I noticed the issue I have rebuilt my PC (Windows reinstall) but have also built a new PC and the issue persists on both.
I use a pair of Sennheiser (non-gaming) headphones plugged into the standard 3.5mm port, all drivers are correct and all other sounds seem to work correctly (minus walking, more on that later).
I can't really find the right way to describe it so have attached a video. I guess you could call it choppy? I play Java and its definitely not normal.
I searched all open sound bugs I could find but there's so many and they all look like issues with sound dissapearing completely so if I missed one I apologise.
Also worth mentioning is the fact that footsteps are FAR too loud and drown out almost everything else. This seems to be normal though as it would appear the Minecon 1.16 previews were bedrock codebase as they all had crazy loud footsteps. I would absolutely consider it a bug though as its stopping me from switching from Java and playing with friends (yes sound bugs completely ruin the immersion for me).

Removed because a mod mentioned this makes the bug report confusing.

I appear to have the same issue.
Walking around isn't too bad, my CPU usage sits at about 20%, CPU at 20-30%... but the moment I try to use Elytra my CPU usage skyrockets to 100% constantly. FPS is terrible, sound is choppy and weird. The only fix is to lower the render distance to the lowest setting (16?).

Java works better for me go figure. I'd love to switch but this is a dealbreaker.
Edit: Have also tried the 1.13 beta, no fix.
Still affecting both 1.14 betas (01 and 02)
I play on a Bedrock Dedicated Server with extremely high specs and low latency and also experience this issue so is not limited to Realms.
Can confirm items not moving smoothly also affects my Windows 10 machine playing on BDS.
Would love a fix for this, it bothers me way more than it should coming from Java where item movement is silky smooth.
@silentwisperer noted in his latest bugrock that this is mostly fixed in 1.13 however still seems to affect lecturns.
Adding my vote to this issue.
While I understand that the OP's specific circumstance (in regards to hosting off their device) may or may not be invalid, this bug also affects Windows 10 clients playing on a BDS (and I'm assuming realms as well given they're the same tech).
If you play in full screen and something causes the game to minimize, when opening it back up there's a very good chance you will get disconnected from the server. Surely that isn't expected behavior? My best guess is that, due to it being a UWP, when minimized the app is "paused", that paused state causes it to lose its connection to the server. When maximising it again it takes the client a few seconds to realize its disconnected.
Yes, windowed mode prevents it from happening but that absolutely seems like a bug/issue.
I would suggest this is related to MCPE-19393
Had this exact same issue.
Narrowed it down to (connecting to a server at least), the servers render distance. If I drop it to 8 or so the issue is barely perceptible, the higher you go from there the worse it gets. Client side render distance didn't seem to affect it.
I ended up switching to bedrock because I can have a 12 chunk ticking distance just fine and a better render distance. Would love to move back to Java though if this can be fixed.
Have noticed this a lot on my BDS. Pillagers spawn everywhere. It got some laughs the first couple of times they were in a stupid place but it’s starting to really cause problems for a ton of my villager related stuff.
Hey Mario, you would be better off asking for help on the discord or twitter.
This site is only for bugs.
You should probably upvote the parity suggestion here - https://feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/community/posts/360052938231--Java-Parity-Add-Piston-Block-Dropping-Mechanic-To-Bedrock-Edition - rather than posting a bug report.
At the moment I believe the devs consider pistons working as expected, any change to allow one tick pulse to leave blocks behind would be a new feature.
I believe this is being covered under
MCPE-54241Was this after you deactivated a resource pack? There was a bug fixed in the latest PS4 hotfix that is going to be rolled out to other platforms soon (according to the release notes). I have experienced it too, relaunching the game resolves.
If not it might help to add some more info around reproduction steps etc.

MCPE-13451This was listed as fixed in the 1.14.1 patch notes but happened to me last night. I broke a bee hive with a pick, got attacked by bees and 2 stayed alive (not sure how many attacked me though). Waited about 10 minutes before I killed them myself. They just flew around aimlessly.
I don’t think this has been 100% fixed.
Should probably add. I run a BDS and both the client and server had bee-n updated.
Have also experienced this across all previous versions I've played Bedrock (1.12 onwards I think) across Win10, Xbox and Switch.
I know its weird but theres a satisfactory "pop" to mining on Java that isnt the same on Bedrock and I think this is part of it.
Block lag and the jittery movement of broken blocks also play a part
Still affects 1.14.1
I'm guessing this is intended to address the lack of sound drop-off yeah?
Haven't been able to replicate in 1.14.1

MCPE-54623This was fixed in 1.14.0 per the patch notes, can this be closed? Unless reports have come in. Seems fixed for me
This report is for a single bug, the elytra sound not playing correctly. The mention of footsteps was in case the sound bug was related to sounds levels being off in BR.
That’s exactly how it’s supposed to work, so is working as intended.
The point of the debuff is so you have to clear the monument and can’t just mine your way to the mobs.
Once you kill all the elder guardians the debuff will stop applying.
if you believe you’ve cleared the mining fatigue in the past while the elder guardians were still alive, that was the bug, not the behaviour you’re seeing now.
Still affects 1.14.1
@Reid You're talking like trident killers have been removed. One specific design is gone but they still work. Its just old tutorials that need to be updated.
Edit: It sounded more direct than I meant it to
Have just experienced this on my BDS, however it has been a long time since I put the Bee Nest (not hive) in the chest and haven't taken it out since, it has never been in an ender chest or shulker to my knowledge.
It has bees in it (in case thats relevant) as it was my backup nest in case i angered the ones in my world.
