MC-106512Ghast is not rendered when its hitbox is not on screen
The bug
Ghast is not rendered when its hitbox not on screen, causing it to disappear in situations where it would usually still be visible, such as looking down on its tentacles. This is also noticeable when turning away from a ghast, the culling is too aggressive and the ghast disappears before it is expected.
Expected result
Ghast would still be rendered as long as it is visible.

Can confirm in 21w41a. The expected behavior would be that ghasts are still rendered when only their tentacles are on screen.
Can confirm in 1.18.1.
This happens with the entire ghast, not only its tentacles. This can be tested with the following command:
