Old (non-dyed) beds are invisible
When porting an existing world to the new snapshot introducing colored beds, the existing old beds are invisible (albeit still existing, see hitbox in screenshot). As soon as using or attacking one part of the bed, that part becomes visible, though.
When destroying them and picking them up they're also properly registered as red beds and can be placed as such.

Current behavior: Beds already in-world become (invisible until attacked, see MC-115813) red beds, while old beds in chests become white beds.
Expected behavior: All old beds become the same color, preferably red.

Can confirm (17w15a)
I just noticed this myself.
Yeah , I saw this a while ago.
Ah well... i didn't notice this until today...
I saw this I was lost because of this couldn't find my bed created a new one.
Can confirm on 17w17a & b
Still present in 17w18a and 17w18b. Sometimes when you reload a world, the top half of the bed will be visible, but the bottom half won't be. This is only if you've previously made the bed visible by attacking it.
This should be fixed for 1.11 worlds. There is no upgrade path for worlds created (or already saved in) one of the 1.12 snapshots.
