No, this is NOT a duplicate of MC-1163.
Ocelot taming is not working as intended. I tried taming several of them, and followed every single step on the wiki, and the skin even changed colour, but after letting them stand up, they still ran away as if they were untamed. The ocelots did teleport back to me after reaching a far enough distance, but they continuously sprinted away.

I've excperienced it, and my points are here:
MC-4362We are having the same issue in my server, ocelots will get the hearts but will not become tamed cats. Stacks of fish were used, and only red hearts appear for a few minutes then disappear, but never turn into tame cats.
I know how to tame ocelots. The fact is that they won't turn into cats. i
fed the ocelot 1 stack of 64 raw fish and it would not become tame.
Taming possible, must have all these possibilities:
-Any kind of fish (Uncooked)
-The ocelot must be free roaming and not in an enclosed area. I recommend a 7 by 7 space.
-The player must be standing still, and not moving.
-The ocelot must first slowly approach the player before it can become a tamed ocelot.
-When feeding, the player must not move their mouse too quickly.
