Trying to sprint sometimes causes the screen to "wob" back and forth
Sprinting will sometimes mess up and cause the screen to change FOV's rapidly and cause sprinting to not work properly.

Most annoying when trying to run away from creepers!
I assume by the above that you are describing the "running bug" situation. Running takes exactly two W key presses in short succession (e.g. in a second), and on the second press one must hold it for the duration of the run. Doing just one or more press right after will not make you run any faster; instead, it will cause you to either get stuck in a walk-run loop or in more recent versions will just make you revert to walking.
Perhaps a "run cooldown" may be implemented where after two presses in a second the game treats subsequent presses separated by less than one second as a continuation of the run, or otherwise ignores them for a second. The former is more ideal for escape situations; at the same time it may be less than ideal for situations where correct positioning is a priority.

MC-97552, while the other issue was already fixed, can anybody confirm this for 1.9?I can confirm this in 1.9 and 1.10 as well. I have a lot of trouble in multiplayer SkyWars because of that annoying bug.
This is probably caused by the server and client disagreeing on whether or not the player is sprinting. So any modded servers are probably going to be invalid (Samuel Lembas).
I play Vanilla servers, I don't know if they're modded, they probably use plugins. But the thing is that it's happening in single player.
I have had that problem before! It is caused by sprint rapidly engaging and disengaging and how I usually combat it is to stop sprinting and start again and back to normal 😃
@FVbico (Steven Verberne) I can confirm that this is still happening to me in 1.12, it just happened recently after the update.

Reopened. It's happening again in 1.19 and also in a few different servers, including Hypixel and some of my private servers.
